The Luxyn Refund Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 4 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Tags must be intact and attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Final sale or clearance items

Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive products

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at theluxyn21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
